Really love the idea of telling my own mother that there’s an intruder in my home, and her response being, “K.”
Especially in response to “I’m calling 911”. You are texting your daughter. You clearly are in a safe area, your daughter is clearly hiding for her life hoping not to draw attention. propor response would be “let me call, be quiet”
