Reuters’ headline sure softpedals the facts. I can almost hear an editor saying, We want something upbeat, dang it — make it cheerier!

To whatever extent prosecutors & judges are trying to be decent about it, thanks and all, but the trying to be decent can end with any election. This law is just a loaded gun pointed at poor people.

Well, they’re not right if they were harping on “Jesus is coming again!” but other than that, I too might owe Mom & Dad and apology.

More clearly than ever in my life, I can see the end — the end of me, the end of America (whatever that really was), and the end of everything. It’s all so clear, it’s difficult to see anything else, even when I turn away.

I can only speak for myself, but there’s nothing the Democratic Party could do to make amends for doing nothing since the election.

If voting is allowed again — which seems an increasingly large ‘if’ — I’ll vote for a candidate who speaks to me, but never again for a Democrat just because they’re less awful than the Republican.

Are there religious-themed lizard-people enthusiasts? Silly question. Of course there are religious-themed lizard-people enthusiasts, though I am blissfully unaware of them (a fine state to be).

But I was thinking of my favorite wingnut conspiracy theorist and godfather of QAnon, David Icke, who thinks (or thought? certainly I hope he’s dead by now) lizard-people rule the earth. For Icke, it’s political, though, more than religious.

There are no limits to human stupidity. (But that’s what the reptiles want me to say, and I must follow their orders.)

Can’t have the kind of free speech you’re hoping for, on a public forum, without also welcoming Nazis and child molesters and long rants about Lizard-people.
