Plus sometimes you don’t have a choice in what you install. I recently had to install Kind for a class I was taking and their only install options on linux are just that: downloading binaries and moving them to /bin.

Auch wenn das absolut nicht die Motivation der Union war, war die Klage gegen das Sondervermögen Klima auf Basis der in der Verfassung verankerten Schuldengrenze. Was auch immer man von der hält (z.B. nichts), finde ich es schon essentiell, der Regierung nicht zu erlauben das GG zu brechen, nur weil es populär ist. Sonst könnte man das ganze Konzept Rechtsstaatlichkeit ja direkt aufgeben.

Bei dem Aktuellem Vorschlag geht es ja darum, mit einer 2/3 - Mehrheit das GG zu ändern. Das ist was anderes (Vorbehaltlich der Frage, ob es ok ist, das gabnze noch mit dem altem Parlament zu machen).
