(a) There were far fewer detractors of Musk 10 years ago. I thought he was pretty cool for trying to make spaceships and electric cars. I’m doubtful people are buying cybertrucks if they aren’t very wealthy to begin with. Changing it out for a different car isn’t going to be a huge loss for them. Plus, yeah, cybertrucks only came out very recently after Elon showed his true colours.
