Warum sollte eine härtere Preisverhandlung einer Subvention gleichkommen? Das AMNOG wurde unter anderem damals eingeführt, damit die Pharmaindustrie nicht mehr die Krankenkassen mit Pseudoinnovationen abzocken kann, die keinen Vorteil gegenüber der bisherigen Standardtherapie bieten. (Ausnahmsweise mal eine gute Idee von Rösler und der FDP damals)

Ich bin zwar auch kein Freund von privaten Krankenhäusern, aber manche Betreiber (zum Beispiel die Helioskliniken in denen ich mal famulieren durfte waren gut geführt (ist auch immer individuell unterschiedlich) und liefern durchaus bessere Qualität als andere schlecht geführte öffentliche Häuser (ebenfalls individuell unterschiedlich), und sind auch effizienter).

Mit einer Umsatzrendite von 5% verdienen die sich auch nicht gerade eine goldene Nase.
