I make an absurd amount of money as an engineer for a large evil corporation, and I’ve done the same. Fuck these companies. I drove 45 minutes to a small local lumber yard instead of going to the Home Depot or Lowes 5 minutes next to my house. I was a Pro member with a fuckton of rewards.
4·4 days agoMy wife, usually apolitical as long as I’ve known her, has boycotted Target her favorite store. We used to go shopping at night when nothing was going on. Now, we save money and just hang out at the house. Fuck Target.
