    Honestly, it’s probably time for Canada to step up. They don’t need to dedicate half their taxes to defense but it’s probably not a bad idea for them to be able to protect themselves.

    I wonder who is offering the best sub. The French nuclear one does sound appealing what with the arctic being ours.
