I’m pretty sure that you can just install QEMU via termux, and then either run a linux distro and install VNC in there, or install and run a VNC server locally, natively, in termux. Then connect and use QEMU in there. Or just not do that, and only use the WM/DE accessible by VNC.
I read from GrapheneOS that there’s going to be support for VMs as well and you can run Windows 11 on your phone.
