    Also nice how they said questions like this aren’t entirely out of their hands and need to be judged by the people via an election, but rather that this is a tool that can be abused, but they don’t think there is evidence to indicate it was. Pretty balanced statement overall.

    Moreover, the Prime Minister’s choice to prorogue Parliament rather than dissolve Parliament and call an election is not justiciable

    At the end of the day, the judicial system is supposed to resolve questions of law (i.e., justiciable). That’s exactly what happened here, and the judicial system is not being “judicial activists” as some may like to claim.
